Sooo... I broke my Big TOE

Sooo... Getting in shape to "Bring SEXY Back," is not w/o risks. @GYM getting in shape: I dropped a 45lbs weight plate on my big Right toe.

clinical TERM: right hallux distal phalanx non-displaced fracture.

SOOO... Still gonna' TRY to "Bring SEXY Back" but i'Mma have to SWITCH IT UP abit to get this toe healing clean.

sooo (again)... gonna' be focusing ON diet (WHICH sucks @$$) & cardio. exercise W/ LOW PRESSURE-stress on MY FOOT.

LOW PRESSURE-stress cardio. exercise(s) I'm gonna' be leaning into include:

1. Exercise Bike

Cycling is low-impact and safe. It's a very intense activity powered by leg muscles. Plus, it's taxing to aerobic systems, especially if you hit high speeds or resistance levels.

2. Arm Ergometer

Not all gyms have this "Bad Boy", but it's a gem for Folk who need to do cardio but don't want to use their lower body- It requires absolutely no motion of the ankle or foot.


Hopefully I'll be healing up fast & easy... I'll def keep Y'all updated on my progress...
